Exchanges:

You can exchange your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase and will receive a store credit, or full refund.

You will be required to cover any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase and receive a store credit or full refund.

You will be required to cover any shipping costs associated with the return.

Exchange & Return Conditions:

  • All items being returned or exchanged must not show any signs of use. Items must not be worn, washed, mistreated, misused or marked.
  • The items must be in brand new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
  • We are not able to accept returns for any customised items (APEXiD Decks).
  • Any items being returned will require tracking information and insurance. Apex Pro Scooters will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
  • If a product arrives faulty or damaged, you must Contact Apex Pro Scooters within 72 hours of delivery in order to action an exchange or return.
